Your personal privacy and security is vital to Enerpact LLC (“us,” “we,” “our”), and we go to great lengths to protect it. This Privacy Statement applies to the online collection of personal information via websites and applications operated by Enerpact and its affiliated companies and subsidiaries. This Statement does not apply to information collected in any other way, including offline or through Enerpact Services.
We collect information about our users in three ways: directly from the user, from our web server logs, and through cookies. When you visit our website, we may track information about your visit and store that information in web server logs, which are records of the activities on our sites.
Examples of the information we may collect include, your unique Internet Protocol address, the name of your unique Internet service provider, the city, state, and country from which you access our website, the kind of browser or computer you use, the links you click within the site, the date and time of your visit, the web page from which you arrived to our site, the pages you viewed on the site, and certain searches/queries that you conducted via our website(s).
The information we collect in web server logs helps us administer the site, analyze its usage, protect the website and its content from inappropriate use, and improve your user experience.

Some Enerpact websites make messaging available to you to communicate with clients regarding your invoices. Please remember that any information disclosed in these areas may be public. Don’t disclose information in these messages that might be considered private or confidential that you may not want an Operator to see or know.
Your access to some of our services and content may be password protected. We recommend that you refrain from disclosing your username(s) and password(s) to anyone. We also recommend that you sign out of your account or service at the end of each session. You may also wish to close your browser window or clear your browser cache when you have finished your work, especially if you share a computer with someone else or if you are using a computer in a public place like a library or Internet cafe.
You may cancel your registration or stop using Enerpact Services at any time.
Parts of Enerpact’s websites may contain links to, or options for users to integrate with, other websites and services maintained by third parties, such as, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. If you use these links or options, you will leave Enerpact’s website. When you access a non-Enerpact website, please understand that these third party websites and services are not operated or managed by Enerpact and Enerpact has no control over the information, content, preferences, etc. you chose to submit to, share with, or that is otherwise collected by them. We suggest that you
carefully review the privacy policies of each site you visit. This Privacy Statement does not apply to the information collection or privacy practices of those third party sites.
